Liability
EZ Submit is a promotional marketing tool used to help members promote their websites on the Internet. Please be advised that membership fees are 4.99/Mo Any Funds being paid on ezsubmit.org is for membership fees all paid members will get unlimited access to our search engine submission , url rotator and link cloaking tools.

You Agree
That the search engine submission , url rotator and link cloaking tools is a "AS IS" service and it comes with no warranties.

You understand
That some of the search engines may reject your submission or may take several months to list you.

By submitting your info
You agree not to hold EZSubmit liable or responsible for anything regarding the use of your submitted data, errors in your listings or the way your listing appears in those search engines.

REFUNDS
There are no refunds on any of our Membership packages and Banner Advertising no exceptions.. BUT EZSubmit may offer a full or partial refund to our members at our sole discretion. We don't want anyone to feel that they're not getting something equivalent to what they expected.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of EZ Submit . We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold EZ Submit liable for any items or policies within this program.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
